Refund for faulty product

If an item is faulty or damaged during transit you must inform us within 3 days of receipt by send us an email and provide the following information:

  • Picture taking by you showing the faulty product
  • Date of receipt
  • Problem that you have with the product
  • How do you expect the problem to be solved
  • How do you want us to contact you


Faulty products once received by us can be exchanged for new one or a refund within 40 days since customer purchased the item. One of our team members will contact you within 2 business days to provide you with more information.


Return for Exchange

If you simply change your mind with your purchase you can exchange any full priced product provided it is unopened and in perfect resale condition. You must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt of your delivery. Freight cost to return and the freight cost to resend the product is covered by the customer.

Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels so please send it back to us via a registered post or traceable courier.


Received the wrong order

We are supermen and superwomen committed to provide the best customer service for you and try to pick the correct toys as what you ordered, however, there are times we slip off our mind and sent you someone else’s order. Please contact us ASAP and we will accept full responsibility and provide you with a superstar solution.


Out of stock

A lot of times our popular toys sold out very quickly without giving us the time to update on our website. In the case of stock shortage, we will contact you ASAP to advise you with a similar product, or simply issue you with a full refund. While we make every effort to fulfil all your orders, accepting your order is not a legally binding obligation to fulfil the order. The order will be fulfilled by delivery of the product ordered (or any agreed substitute product).

Our friendly team members like to solve your problem quicker so we love to pick up the phone and ring you in the case of urgency. However, your phone numbers will only be used for the purpose only and will not be given to any other parties. For other issues, you will be contacted by us via email.
